On 14th February, 2012, Valentine’s Day in the west, the Shanghai Branch of COFCO Marketing launched a joint Great Wall Wine and Leconte Chocolate brand promotion called Romantic COFCO Night, and it was a great hit.
Management and staff of Tin Tin Seafood Harbor joined in the festivities and proposed future such joint events with COFCO. Mr. Huang Chuqing from the Tin Tin Seafood Harbor Group welcomed many distinguished guests, including senior representatives from the Shanghai Xinhu Merchants Confederation, the Shanghai Catering Industry Association, the Shanghai Movie Experts Association, the Yunnan Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai), the Shanghai Enterprise Confederation, the Hong Kong International Wuchang Management Association, the China Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai) and senior economic advisors from Shanghai and Hong Kong. Mr Huang expressed a wish to collaborate with COFCO much more closely in the future by conducting COFCO products promotion campaigns across the entire Tin Tin Seafood Harbor system.
To ensure success, the Lijing Restaurant in the People’s Plaza business district and the Tin Tin Seafood Harbor Restaurant in the Xuhui business district, were selected as the two outlets to promote the campaign.
A full range of boxes of sweet Leconte chocolates and fine Great Wall Terroir wines were arranged in a heart-shape to create a romantic atmosphere. Pink balloons and lover dolls were scattered around. Hostesses helped to convey to guests the romance in the combination of Great Wall Wine and Leconte Chocolates.
